Collapsable Design |
Each Samson Sports tower we build is fully collapsible. One person can collapse the tower in less than a minute -- without using any tools. All towers can be folded forward or backward for storage, whichever you prefer. When in the up position, the tower provides rock solid, high performance towing. There are no pins to rattle and no annoying squeaks. When in the down position, the tallest point of the tower ranges from the same height as the windshield to 4" above the windshield depending on the model. This will allow virtually every boat to be stored in the garage. |

Mounting and Hardware

Samson Sports towers are the easiest to install. Because every tower is custom made for each specific boat model, there is no guesswork as to where the tower should be mounted or if it will fit. Every tower incorporates the exclusive Ballistic joint ™ that can be mounted on any surface-top or side mount, and at any angle from vertical to horizontal or any angle in between. Samson Sports machines all their own mounting hardware and tower fittings on a state-of-the-art Mazak 6 axis turning center c.n.c. All mounting hardware is fabricated from solid billit 6061 aluminum and polished to a mirror finish. Towers come complete with everything needed for installation including backing plates, all stainless fasteners and easy to follow complete mounting instructions.

Construction |
Samson Sports towers are custom built for each specific boat model. They don't subscribe to the one size fits all approach. Every tower is fabricated from 2" diameter thick wall 6061 aircraft aluminum tubing and is TIG welded using square wave technology. Towers come standard in either a white, red or black powedercoat finish. You can also choose from more than 200 custom colors including candy apple colors, pearlescent colors or a brushed aluminum anodized finish. All welding, bending and fabrication is done on site by craftsmen who know that second best isn't good enough. |
